1. Service Overview
Call Catch Scotland provides a call answering and enquiry capture service. We answer missed calls, take caller details, and send this information to you by SMS and/or email.
2. Monthly Service
- This is a monthly rolling service
- No long-term contract is required
- You may cancel at any time with 7 days’ notice
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is required monthly in advance
- Service will begin once payment is received
- If payment is missed, the service may be paused or stopped until payment is made
4. Setup & Activation
- We aim to have your service live within 24–48 hours where possible
- Delays may occur depending on setup requirements or third-party systems
5. Service Availability
- We aim to capture every call where possible
- However, While we aim to capture every call, we cannot guarantee 100% call capture due to network or system limitations. due to network, system, or technical limitations
- This includes issues relating to phone networks, internet, or third-party providers
6. Use of Information
- We capture caller details (such as name, phone number, postcode, and enquiry details)
- This information is sent directly to you for business use
7. Limitation of Liability
- Call Catch Scotland is not responsible for any loss of business, missed opportunities, or financial loss
- The service is provided as a support tool to help manage enquiries
8. Cancellation
- You may cancel your service at any time with 7 days’ notice
- No refunds are given for part-used billing periods
9. Changes to Service
We may update or improve the service from time to time to ensure quality and reliability.
